We are pleased that you would like to enroll your child in grade 5 at the Verbundschule am Rotmoos Isny!

The registration days for the school year 2025/2026 are on ..

• Wednesday, 12.03.2025 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and
• Thursday, 13.03.2025 from 11 am to 3 pm.

You have various options for registration:

Option 1: Digital school registration

To avoid transmission errors, for example telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, ... we recommend digital school registration!

Please proceed as follows:

1. Fill out the registration form

Mandatory fields must be filled in, otherwise you cannot click on "Continue". If not all required telephone numbers are available, you can also enter a number twice.

2. Print out & sign the registration form

After successful digital registration, you will receive an e-mail directly to the e-mail address provided. Attached to this e-mail is a PDF document , which you must print out and sign and bring with you to the registration. In the case of parents with custody rights who are separated or living apart, both parents must sign.

→ If you do not have a printer available, you are welcome to contact the office - we will print it out for you.

3. Hand in the registration form on the registration days:

On registration days, please come to us in person and bring the following forms with you:

• Elementary school recommendation (BaWü) or a copy of the interim information (Bavaria)
• Proof of measles vaccination (this is done by separate documentation from the elementary school or by presenting the vaccination book)
• Copy of the birth certificate
• printed and signed registration form from the digital registration (if you do not have a printer, we will print it for you)
• consent to the processing and publication of personal data, if applicable
• declaration of consent from the separated parent, if applicable
• purchase offer for block & brush, if applicable

• Information on applying for bus tickets

4. confirmation of admission in May 2025

After registration, all schools report the registration numbers to the school authority. After approval, you as parents will receive confirmation of admission by post in May 2025.

The Verbundschule is the organizational merger of the Werkrealschule and Realschule school types with one school management.

The two school types offer the right school for every pupil with their personal graduation goal: in the Werkrealschule department with the Hauptschulabschluss after year 9 or in the Realschule department with the Realschulabschluss after year 10.

In addition, inclusive schooling is offered for pupils with a focus on learning in cooperation with the SBBZ (Sonderpädagogische Beratungs- und Bildungszentrum) Eduard-Schlegel Schule Isny in the Werkrealschule department and with a focus on GENT with the SBBZ Albert-Schweizer-Schule Kißlegg in the Realschule department. We also have two language preparation classes.

In the current school year, 69 colleagues are teaching 714 pupils at the joint school. They are supported by two school social workers, a pedagogical assistant, a career counselor, two guidance counselors and two federal volunteers.

The Verbundschule has moved into a new building for the 2024/2024 school year!
